I will continue to use Caesars properties, but no longer Harrahs Gulf Coast. Nevermind the fact that you are gambling and spending money there. So if you want to gamble and drink or stay and use the wifi be prepared for their cheap side charges. I guess complimentary doesn't mean free and Crown is 'top shelf' in this cheap establishment.
Upon checkout the second room was charged $19 for wifi even though when you log in it says 'complimentary' or 'premium $7'. No other Caesar Casino or any of their rivals on the Gulf Coast that I have been too has this EVER been an issue. Was advised that you cannot order 'top shelf' unless paying $4 upgrade unless Elite or 7 stars. Went to Casino (where I am diamond plus status) cocktail waitress comes by and I attempted to order a crown and coke. The other room was not ready until almost 7pm. Even with the late arrival only one of two rooms were ready. Flight was delayed 2+ hours (Not caesars fault). Flew in on SunCountry charter, as we have two times before.
